Amber Heard wrote that she was disappointed in the defamation trail verdict and says "it sets back the idea that violence against women is to be taken seriously." The trial of defamation case started on 11 April 2022 and the Jury reaches verdict on 1st June 2022.
On April 10, day before trial kicks off Heard wrote she will be going offline for several weeks. Her latest tweet is about sadness because of losing the case and freedom of speech. the tweet posted on June 2, a day after the verdict.
